the rooms were very spacious and clean! breakfast had plenty of options. staff were awesome. i appreciated the attention to detail and would stay again. parking was also very convenient, a real plus!

The hotel's location proved to be excellent! it offered convenient access to the promenade. The room had a mini fridge and provided complimentary coffee and tea. I found the bed comfortable and slept well each night.

Breakfast included yoghurt, cereals, pastries, and toast with various condiments. A real coffee machine was available. The dining area was clean and well-lit. The hotel bar offered drinks each evening.

The owners let me keep my bike inside the hotel and allowed my friend to join us for breakfast. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a warm welcome upon arrival.

The hotel is near South Pier. The pleasure beach is also close. The promenade is right across the street. I could easily walk to many attractions.

the owners seem very nice and helpful. the room was clean upon my arrival. they even gave kids a stick of rock.
the breakfast was described as included, but it was only continental. i was so looking forward a hot meal to start the day, such a disappointment.
